Eastfield Collects 12 All-Academic Honors
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Dallas College Eastfield had 12 student-athletes earn National Junior College Athletic Association All-Academic honors.
Women's soccer's Kasenia Hipsh, volleyball's McKenzie Anderson and baseball's Michael Caputo, Ryan Dyer and Ryan Johnston all received First Team All-Academic honors after posting 4.0 grade point averages in 2023-24.
Women's soccer's Valentina Vera was a Second Team All-Academic recipient after recording between a 3.8 and 3.99 GPA.
Volleyball's Ava Cole, women's soccer's Mia Alfaro and Breanna Loftin and baseball's Billy Spratt, John Jackson and Mason Daniels earned Third Team All-Academic honors after posting GPAs between 3.6-3.79.
To be eligible for NJCAA All-Academic, a student-athlete must record a GPA of 3.6 or higher for the academic year. Student-athletes who complete their degree requirements in the fall semester are exempt from taking courses in the spring.
