Palma Chosen as DAC Hitter of Week

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College Eastfield's Sebastian Palma was chosen as the Dallas Athletic Conference Hitter of the Week.

A sophomore third baseman from Dallas, Palma batted .438 with three home runs, three doubles, six runs batted in, six runs scored and two walks as the No. 3 nationally-ranked Harvester Bees went 4-1 to open the season.

Eastfield will play Dallas-Fort Worth Post Grad 12 p.m. Wednesday before hosting Des Moines Area Community College for a pair of doubleheaders Saturday and Sunday.
