Eastfield Men’s Basketball Season Opener

MESQUITE, Texas — Dallas College Eastfield's 12th-ranked men's basketball team, headlined by National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Honorable Mention All-American Dwayne Reliford, tip off the 2023-24 season on the road at NJCAA Division I Navarro College 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The game will be live streamed.

DQuarius Burton also returns for the Harvesters, which went 21-8 last year in head coach Dexter Young's first season. Burton averaged 13.6 points per game, while shooting 85.7 percent from the free throw line. Reliford scored 12.1, and pulled down 6.1 rebounds.  

Eastfield's home opener is 6 p.m. Nov. 14 against Strength 'N Motion.
