Eastfield Men’s Basketball String Together Four Wins

MESQUITE, Texas — Dallas College Eastfield men's basketball team is on an impressive four-game win streak with wins against National Junior College Athletic Association Division I and NAIA reserve team opponents.

The Harvester Bees beat NJCAA Division I Connors State College, 104-101, Southwestern Christian College, 124-101, NAIA Arlington Baptist University Red, 158-94, and NJCAA Division I Hill College, 84-80.

Over the course of the four games, two Harvester Bees, Vashney Wright III and Delkeldric Holmes, both earned Dallas Athletic Conference Player of the Week awards. That four-game stretch also featured double-doubles from multiple players, a triple-double from one and a game winner from another to begin the frenzied spurt.

The Bees look to carry their win streak into the break with a home game against Creating Young Minds Prep 6 p.m. Wednesday.
