Eastfield Men's Basketball Begins Season Nov. 1

MEN'S BASKETBALL SCHEDULE

MESQUITE, Texas – Dallas College Eastfield men's basketball team will open the season Nov. 1 at McLennan Community College.

The Harvester Bees will play 11 of their first 13 games away from home, including the two-day McLennan Classic to open the season.

Following a road game at Angelina College Nov. 5, the Bees will host Creating Young Minds Prep in the home opener Nov. 7. Angelina will visit the Hive Nov. 11 to complete the home-and-home series between two teams. The following day, Eastfield will play the first of its next eight games on the road, beginning with a trip to Panola College.

The Harvesters will compete in the Aztec Fall Classic in Tucson, Arizona, Nov. 14-16 against Pima Community College, Cochise College and Mesa Community College. They return to Texas to play at Paris Junior College Nov. 20 before wrapping up November with road games at Connors State College Nov. 22 and at Lee College Nov. 25. The Bees meet Ranger College on the road Dec. 2.

Eastfield will begin the three-round Dallas Athletic Conference schedule Dec. 4 at home against Dallas College Mountain View to kick off a three-game homestand. The Harvester Bees host Temple College Dec. 6 and Dallas College Brookhaven Dec. 7. After back-to-back league road games at Dallas College North Lake and Dallas College Richland Dec. 11 and Dec. 14, respectively, the Bees host Dallas College Cedar Valley Dec. 18 before the holiday break.

Eastfield will begin the second round of conference play Jan. 18 at Mountain View. The Harvesters host North Lake Jan. 25 and Richland Jan. 29. They open February with a trip to Cedar Valley. The third round of DAC action begins Feb. 8 with a home game against Mountain View. After hosting Brookhaven Feb. 12, the Bees meet North Lake and Richland on the road Feb. 15 and Feb. 19, respectively. They conclude the regular season at home Feb. 22 against Cedar Valley.

The National Junior College Athletic Association District Tournament is scheduled for Feb. 25-March 1.
