Xavier Morales was named an assistant men's basketball coach at Dallas College Eastfield in October 2025.

Morales was part of a staff on a team that went 21-10 overall, 12-3 in the Dallas Athletic Conference in 2025-26, earning a trip to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III National Tournament. The Harvester Bees won their consolation game at the national tournament after finishing second in the league to earn a bye into the NJCAA Division III South Central District semifinals in the postseason tournament. Braydon Campbell received NJCAA Division III Third Team All-America recognition, while Martez James was an Honorable Mention All-American.
