Mosley, Gibson Win DAC Players of Week

IRVING, Texas – Dallas College Eastfield's Madison Mosley and Patience Gibson were named the Dallas Athletic Conference Volleyball Players of the Week. Mosley is the league's Offensive Player of the Week. Gibson won the DAC Defensive Player of the Week honor for the fourth time this season.

A freshman outside hitter from Mesquite, Texas, Mosley hit .329 with 31 kills, 15 digs and two aces as the No. 1-ranked Harvester Bees won both of their matches. She averaged 5.2 kills per set at the Seminole State College Tri-Match. Mosley had a career-best 19 kills against Seminole State, hitting .385.

Gibson, a freshman libero from Royse City, Texas, had 29 digs in the two wins. She also had 10 assists and an ace. She averaged 4.83 digs per set in the pair of sweeps.

Eastfield (15-1) will open DAC play at Dallas College Brookhaven (6-9) Monday at 6 p.m.
