Mosley Picked as National Offensive Player of Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Dallas College Eastfield's Madison Mosley was named the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week.

It is the second time this year she's won the national honor.

A freshman outside hitter from Mesquite, Texas, Mosley had a .333 attack percentage, putting down 24 kills, to go along with two aces, 14 digs and a block as the Harvester Bees went 2-0 last week. She had 14 kills, and hit .550 in a sweep of No. 14 Dallas College North Lake.

Mosley has 268 kills and 225 digs this season.

Eastfield (24-1, 9-0 Dallas Athletic Conference) will play at Dallas College Mountain View 6 p.m. Thursday in the regular season finale. The Harvester Bees earned an NJCAA South District quarterfinal bye, and will play in the semifinals 5:30 p.m. Oct. 31.
